About
The Factory is a place for creative production companies, who seek the authentic, unpolished and diverse, combined with an infrastructural location rarely seen in Copenhagen. Materials
Old industrial and worn down buildings is the current state of the area. These were taken into account when deciding on the materials. A mix of rough and smooth concrete gives a feel of the balance between art and street, while the wooden cladding is a warm contrast and the steel frame windows mimics the industrial history of the area.
